    • The Company only accept returns on faulty/damaged Goods.
    • Goods returned to the Company must be unworn, in the original condition, with tags still attached.
    • For set Goods that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order- including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties, chains and props.
    • Goods must be returned to the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. Goods must then be returned to the Company within a further 28 days.

      Goods must be returned to the Company with the fault clearly explained.

      The Buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.
