Returns and Exchanges

  1. Interpretation

    1. 'the Buyer' means the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.

    2. 'the Company' means U Fantasy Ltd.

    3. 'Goods' means any product purchased from the Company.

  2. The Company only accept returns on faulty/damaged Goods.

  3. Goods returned to the Company must be unworn, in the original condition, with tags still attached.

  4. For set Goods that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order- including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties, chains and props.

  5. Goods must then be returned to the Company within 28 days.

  6. Returns

    1. Goods must be returned to the Company with the fault clearly explained.

    2. The Buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.

Any returns will be at the discretion of management.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;​

  • Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed

  • Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken

  • Face Coverings, due to hygiene.
